Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We hand curate every product before packaging it for you. If the product is damaged or defective on receipt, you may return it for a full refund within 07 days of the date of delivery. But for that to happen, first check if your product is eligible for refund or not. Remember that not all products on store display qualify for refunds. Refundable product items will be marked exclusively. If it is not marked, it is not refundable. Only exchange requests will be accepted for products bought during sales or at discounted prices.
To return a saree, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you a return shipping label. Sarees must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return. Once we have received your returned saree, we will process your refund amount within 15 business days.
NOTE: Modification in your order will only be possible based on item availability and/or if your chosen product is not shipped already. Keep an unedited video of product package opening from an unopened packet till you see your saree received in full. In that video, ensure that the damaged portion(if any) can be clearly and completely seen. Once you are ready with the video file, share that file with us along with your reason for return request.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Sarees that are custom-made

Order Cancellation & Modification
If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible(preferably within 24 hours of ordering a product). We will do our best to make the change. If it’s too late for our team to cancel/modify your order, you can return your order to us once you’ve received it.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email.
We do quality checks before packing any saree for you. Product will be acceptable for return only in the case of a damage in passage.
By subscribing to or using any of our products or services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms and Conditions, regardless of how you subscribe to or use our products or services. If you do not want to be bound by the terms, you must not subscribe to or use our services.
